Returns & Exchanges
At RW&CO., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the shipping date, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Generate Return Label
Log into your RW&CO. account online to initiate a return request and download your prepaid shipping label, or locate the packing slip included in your original shipment.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our distribution center receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
